IHS forecasts that Taiwan and South Korea's photovoltaic manufacturers will soon be able to provide the European market with photovoltaic products at the lowest price of Chinese products negotiated last week.

Last week, the EU Trade Commissioner Caryl Degut may have stressed that not to mind taking the trouble investigation of photovoltaic products, solutions of EU anti-dumping lawsuit has been reached with the ongoing anti subsidy differently, but they doubt the photovoltaic analyst IHS.

As the European Commission announced a temporary countervailing duty on Chinese made solar silicon wafers, battery chips and components will be closed on Thursday, IHS analyst StefandeHaan said he expected no surprises to Chinese manufacturers.
